Mataji/John's response: As I look at your aura, I see two relevant factors; a thought form which dampens your self awareness, and a closed down back 3rd chakra. Both were present and affecting you prior to the seminar, but as part of an overall soup of events and emotions that hid their particular importance. In the seminar, you cleared enough of the soup that these issues are lighting up.
Now you can heal them and take more advantage of your new space. Your space is what you create your life through. As you clear it, your life creations become clearer, more spontaneous, graceful and compassionate.
A thought form is a conglomeration of pictures, other people's energy, cords, etc. which has an internal coherence, and consequently operates in your aura to fix patterns of behavior. Thought forms build around your internally consistent beliefs, skillful or unskillful, conscious and unconscious. By clearing the thought forms in your aura, you change those beliefs. Since you create your reality according to your beliefs, clearing the thought forms changes your life.
You already know the rapid technique for clearing thought forms from having taken our level 4 seminar. If you ever forget the technique, you can, of course, just let the thought form light you up and blow pictures. Or you can both pull your own energy out of the thought form, and send back the thought form energy that isn't yours. You can do this by breathing in, from the thought form, your own energy; and by breathing out, from the thought form, the energy that isn't yours back to the person from whom it came (if you don't know who the energy came from or if the person doesn't want it back, breathe it to an entity such as the earth). That thought form was both caused by and contributing to a confusion of your sense of identity. Once you have cleared the thought form, you can really start to find yourself.
A person's sense of him or her self as an individual is centered in the 3rd chakra. Knowing yourself as a separate person is a necessity for acting and relating in the world. Prior to the meditation seminar, you knew yourself primarily through your front 3rd chakra. This allowed you to know yourself through people's reactions to you, through conversation, and through relationship. This is a great way to know yourself.
When you open your back third chakra, you will have more access to self definition, so that you will know yourself through both relationship and self definition. These two ways knowing yourself will interact and enhance one another. No one can really have a relationship without being able to know who he or she is outside of the relationship, and without being able to be independent. For complicated reasons not essential to this topic, no one can be independent without relationships. This complicated topic will be discussed in a future weekly feature. Long meditations change a person. That change can take several days to integrate. Integration will happen more quickly if you ground well, own your space, continue to blow pictures, check the size of each of your chakras from time to time, watch your crown, get plenty of exercise, and be kind to yourself.
Thanks for your excellent question.
